Cargo Hook Kit with TALON LC Hydraulic Hook, Fixed Provisions & Onboard Weighing System with C-40 Cockpit Indicator

Onboard's fixed beam cargo hook kit offers many important improvements and benefits over a trolley system design. Factory-installed by Bell on new 407 aircraft, our cargo hook kit eliminates the side-to-side impact of the original trolley system and offers the extra load security of our TALON LC Hydraulic cargo hook. It interfaces with the standard fixed provisions kit fromOnboard Systems and mounts to the existing cargo hook hard points on the belly of the aircraft.

NOTE: Installation of the backup release lever on the left side does not constitute approval for solo left seat operations. Other equipment may be required.

Airframe & Hook Protection:Built-in travel limits keep the hook from striking the airframe and relieve strain on the hook control cables.
Sleek, Low-Profile System Add-on:Our pin load cell weighing system mounts to one side of the hook by replacing the connecting bolt, rather than attaching as a separate link above the hook. Increases ground clearance by eliminating extra linkage, while still allowing the pilot to know the exact weight of the load.
TALON^® LC Hydraulic Hook:Our hydraulic hook greatly increases load security by using a hydraulically activated release mechanism instead of a traditional manual release cable.
